Missing yarn, slubs and uneven yarn contrasts are a natural outcome and inherent characteristic of woven products, which makes each piece unique.
HAND PRINTS
Hand printed articles may have their own minor imperfections, and that’s what makes them unique. The traditional dyeing and printing process may result in slight color bleeding during the first wash.
WOVEN MOTIFS
Designs may have slight variations.
BEADS & SEQUINS
While every product is crafted with utmost care, beads and sequins may occasionally fall off with usage. Losing a few beads or sequins does not affect the overall appearance of the product.

Peach Executive can use their alias name (Desk name) when they are interacting with customers on call, mail or any business related communication for internal employee privacy policy.
When Peach executive say its a same product they are trying to say in the sense of similar products is same.
